I began this blog in January 2012 to document my second Bikram Yoga 30 Day Challenge – one 90-minute class every day for 30 days in 43 degrees of sweaty heat. I am currently attempting my third challenge, and write about how I get on every day. Although, you may not learn much about yoga here - I'm more likely to tell you about something funny I've seen on my way home from class, or what I had for breakfast, or what I thought about as I fell over in standing head to knee. Here goes...
